1. About This Agreement
1.1 This Agreement helps you understand the content of the service provided by the ForTube decentralized lending protocol ("ForTube") and your rights and obligations in using the service. Please read this Agreement carefully and make sure you understand it. By using the services of this platform, you agree and consent to all the terms contained in this Agreement, and this Agreement is established and effective between ForTube and you.
1.2 If there are any changes in this Agreement, ForTube will notify you by posting an announcement in advance on the ForTube official website and DApp announcement. The effective time of the change is subject to the announcement time. If you continue to use the ForTube service after this Agreement is changed, it means that you accept the changed agreement. 1.3 The content of this Agreement and all the various rules and operating procedures that ForTube has published or may publish in the future together form an inseparable part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.

3. Precautions for Using ForTube Service
3.1 Precautions
3.1.1 The digital asset wallet address you use is the basis for ForTube to identify you. You should ensure the security and confidentiality of access to your digital asset wallet address. Please keep your wallet address properly. Any operations and instructions issued using the wallet address are deemed to be made by you. You should bear all risks, responsibilities, losses, expenses, etc. caused by the embezzlement or illegal use of wallet private keys and other information due to your reasons.
3.1.2 You agree that the usage records and transaction data on ForTube are all subject to the ForTube system records. If you have objections to the account-related data, you can file an objection to ForTube in time and provide relevant evidence for ForTube to verify.
3.1.3 ForTube is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the website and the material published on them. These works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.
3.1.4 Although we will strive to provide you with continuous operations and services, we do not guarantee that the service will meet the requirements of users, nor do we guarantee the continuous access or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information. Based on the needs of operation and transaction security, ForTube can suspend or restrict some functions of the ForTube service or add new functions on the ForTube website.
3.2 Risk Warning
3.2.1 Security audits cannot completely eliminate all risks. Please be sure to participate in the investment within your risk tolerance. Before you decide on deposits, lending and other financial services, you clearly and understand that financial transactions will face the risks of market fluctuations. Therefore, you should have a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the ForTube platform's products, service information, and basic rules, carefully evaluate risks and make decisions independently.
3.2.2 ForTube does not provide any express or implied guarantee for any of your actions and consequences. The various information and materials provided by ForTube to you are for reference only, and you are solely responsible for all risks associated with accessing and using this website, applications and smart contracts
3.2.3 You should be aware of the following risks:
3.2.3 (a) Private Key Risk
The management private key for the deployment of smart contracts has the highest authority to control the contracts, and can modify various asset-based loan parameters (such as loan-to-value ratio, deposit-reserve ratio, etc.), mining parameters (such as modifying the mining weight of each mining pool, reward distribution, etc.), and suspending the contract in an emergency.
ForTube currently uses a multi-signature mechanism. The core development team will only use the multi-signature mechanism to manage the private key during the initial upgrade of the protocol. ForTube will retain the ownership of the private key in the early stage to ensure the security of the protocol in the event of any problems. Once the release management is ready, FOR token holders will be able to vote for the update of the smart contracts, and the ownership of the protocol will be transferred to community management to eliminate this risk.
3.2.3 (b) Asset Risk
The cryptocurrency deposited by ForTube depositors on ForTube may be greatly reduced in value due to the large fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market. ForTube borrowers deposit collateral assets into ForTube to lend other cryptocurrencies. It is also possible that the value of the collateral assets will be greatly reduced and the debt will be liquidated because of the global cryptocurrency market environment. In this case, the liquidation process may pay off the debt, and at the same time the borrower’s mortgage assets will face losses.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 ForTube relies on third-party sources to obtain information about certain digital tokens listed on the application. This platform has the right to select, change and delete any third-party information sources on its own. Digital token information (including token price) currently comes from third-party sources, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or reliability of any digital token information on the application. Before trading any digital token on the application, you are obligated to collect enough information and keep abreast of the situation.
4.2 We can at our discretion, at any time, whether or not we notify you in advance, for any reason (including but not limited to security incidents), temporarily or permanently modify, suspend or disable all or part of the application.
4.3 You understand that the market for digital tokens is very unstable and there are risks associated with digital tokens, including (but not limited to) risks related to adoption, speculation, technology, security and regulation. You acknowledge that the cost and speed of transactions using encryption and blockchain-based systems (such as Ethereum) are variable and may increase substantially at any time. You understand and agree to take full responsibility for all risks of accessing and using the application and interacting with the Ethereum blockchain, and agree that ForTube is not responsible for any losses you suffer due to the above risks.
4.4 For application performance delays or failures directly or indirectly caused by any event or situation beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, terrorism, major market fluctuations and Internet service, equipment or software failure, we will not take responsiblity.
5. The User's Commitment of Using ForTube Legally
5.1 You must comply with relevant applicable laws, including but not limited to any relevant and applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws and any relevant and applicable privacy and data collection laws.
5.2 You cannot use any robots, spiders, crawlers, or other automated methods or interfaces that we do not provide to access the website to extract data.

7. Termination of Service
ForTube has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services under this agreement without notice when it believes that a situation that may endanger safety or other situations may occur based on unilateral independent judgment, and no need to bear any responsibility to you or other third parties. The foregoing circumstances include but are not limited to:
7.1 When ForTube discovers unusual transactions, disagreements, or suspected violations of the law.
7.2 ForTube believes that your ForTube account is suspected of money laundering, cash out, pyramid schemes, malicious use of other people's identity information, or use of other people's identity information to participate in illegal activities.
7.3. ForTube believes that you have violated the rules and spirits stipulated in this agreement.
7.4 Comply with the conditions stipulated in the ForTube "User Agreement".
7.5 ForTube has reason to believe that it violates national laws or infringes the interests of ForTube or others.
8. Protection of Intellectual Property
8.1 All ForTube systems and all content on this website, including but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, materials, website structure, website image arrangement, web page design, are owned by ForTube or ForTube related projects in accordance with the law. Including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.
8.2 Without the written consent of ForTube or ForTube affiliated projects, no one can use, modify, reverse compile, copy, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, publish or publicly publish the program or content of this website without authorization.
